Henighans EAT & DRINK, is much more than just a regular Pub! In March 2011 Henighans purchased the property and began an extensive program of refurbishing this fantastic building. The concept was to create a multi-functional Pub/Venue that would appeal to all with a Sports Bar/Tap Room, a separate Lounge/Restaurant and an elevated outside Patio area to enjoy the Great British weather. The work was completed some months later and the results are amazing.
On the 1st February 2019 local Bolton Girl Emma Costello became the Proud New Manageress of Henighans EAT & DRINK. Emma is assisted by her amazing Front of House Bar Team. Emma is pretty new to Management but you wouldn’t think so.

We are delighted to announce and welcome our new Head Chef Tony Laycock to Henighans EAT & DRINK from Wednesday 27th March 2019. Tony has more than 25 years experience in the catering industry and a wealth of creative knowledge to showcase.
Over the years, Chef Tony has been in demand as Head Chef at Alberts Restaurant in Worsley, Kilhey Court Hotel in Standish, Redhall Hotel in Bury and The Oaks Hotel in Burnley to name just a few. Tony’s menu will be full of Great British classic dishes but with a slight twist. BOOK A TABLE and see what Chef Tony has in store for you. Tony is joined by his partner who after 10 years within the care sector took the plunge and successfully runs the front of house within the restaurant

Henighans lounge is the perfect place to see some of the very best Comedians Live on Stage from around the country, we even have have Tribute Comedian’s!!!
